A new season of the Disc-It Cooking Show is underway and your’s truly has contributed a couple of recipes. The St. Patrick’s Day Episode features my uniquely delicious Green Chile Rub and of course the coolest cooker ever, the Disc-It!! As part of my gravity reduction plan I thought it would be fun to come up with a recipe that was healthy and had tons of flavor and boy does this one deliver. Check it out!!
Here’s the recipe for the Turkey Lettuce Wraps. If you don’t have a Disc-It the recipe will still work, it just won’t be as good or as fun. To see more passionate cooks creating amazing dishes visit the Disc-It site to see all of the cooking shows past and present. Like Nevin says “Cooking outdoors has never been better!”

Great sounding recipe, Kirk. I especially like the coconut milk and peanut butter sauce. Saving the recipe to try.
I have to get me one of those Disc-Its. Larry has a discadia and loves it.
