Disc-it Fever!

This weekend I’m going to be shooting some new videos for season 6 of the Disc-It Cooking Show, and I thought this would be a good time to share the a couple of the videos from last year.  We shot recipes for Lamb Meat Pops with Jalapeño Mint Sauce and roasted some shrimp in the Roast-It.

I really had a great time shooting the videos and I’m really looking forward to taping some new ones this Saturday. It’s also funny to see my old bottle and how bad that label was.   1. The Roast It is a pretty cool contraption. Is it hard to keep clean or do you just clean it like a grill grate with a nice burn?
