That a boy Kirk!! Guys have been using NEW MEXICO red chile in their rubs for years and claiming it as Texas or Memphis or whatever BBQ. It is about time a New Mexican BBQ takes its rightful place among the best BBQ rubs using NEW MEXICAN chile! I will only be using your BBQ products from now on!
