For my third and final brisket meal this week, Brisket Boboli. I started with a Boboli and brushed it with some olive oil, chopped garlic and pepper. Then topped it with mozzarella and parmesan cheese, red onion, pickled jalapenos and the last of my brisket. It was quick, easy and very tasty.
I lost count, how many meals did you get out of that brisket?
I got 3 meals out of it. I forgot to mention that I did give a 1/3 of it to a friend of mine for Christmas.
